Notes from Karst Postma, 2013: Carson Pass is on the Wager Gulch Rd (CR-36) off of Cinnamon Pass Rd (CR-30).
Wager Gulch Rd is about 10 miles from CO-149. It climbs 5-6 miles up fairly steeply past the well kept ghost
town of Carson to the summit. A little rough and steep in places but it looks like if you are on a smaller
bike for this ride you might give it a go. Probably not a good big bike road though unless a very skilled
rider with low first gear.
