Preparing for the Rally
Preparation for a 6-hour / 250-mile or 8-hour / 333-mile (or so) rally isn't quite as important as for a "real" 24-hour, 1000-mile rally,
but important nevertheless. Plan to get plenty of rest the night before so your judgment won't be clouded by fatigue. Use common sense
and make sure you are up to the task.
Motorcycle preparation is very important for any ride. While some items outlined on this web site are necessary for you to possess to
participate, we will not have a technical inspection of your motorcycle. You will be riding a fair number of miles (depending on your
own plans) during the rally plus the distance from your home to Littleton, CO, and back home. So use your common sense and make sure your
equipment is ready for the length of your trip.
